Hello! Meet your new copywriter.

That’s a bit bold, hey? Well, I’m assuming you’re having a nose around here (welcome!) because you’re looking for someone to write for you, and I’m more than happy to be that person.

If you’ve read my About page, you’ll know I love words- like, a lot- and that copywriting is my second career. What else can I tell you?

I’m in my 30s, I live in Bristol with my husband and a cat called Tuesday. I’m vegan, they’re definitely not. I’m great at baking and ok at sewing, but not at the same time. Whenever I can, I love to travel. Top travel moments include; volunteering at an elephant sanctuary in Malaysia, wandering around Rome constantly eating gelato, and meeting some dolphins while swimming in a cove in New Zealand. Walking along a few sections of The Great Wall of China was pretty epic. Oooh, and the Grand Canyon made me go all wobbly. That was special.

If I’m not traveling (damn you 2020) then I try to distract myself with stationery, coffee and cocktails.

My husband and I love renovating houses, and we have a thing for turning unloved Victorian terraces into much- loved Victorian terraces. We got married in 2017 in a surprise wedding our friends still talk about. We lived in Australia for a year and would love, love to go back one day. You’re not going to see much of him to be honest, but he does lots of proofreading for me to make sure the words I send to you are perfect.

I’m wracking my brain for things that are interesting or unusual, but don’t sound insane. Like, how I once helped to deliver puppies via caesarean section. And how I was technically caught in an avalanche one time. It took me three attempts to pass my driving test. I have driven an Aston Martin, been in a helicopter and flown in a hot air balloon. Right, these are the most exciting things I can tell you, but I now realise I sound crazy. I’ll leave it here!
